A bank run occurs when many clients withdraw their money from a bank, because they believe the bank may cease to function in the near future. 

It is an efficient way to make a statement to the countries government. 

The video above talks about the shift of the French yellow vest movement to protesting the banks. This video touches a bit on the new laws against protesting, and how this new tactic is intended to be both legal, and nonviolent. He discusses the global implications, and how this idea could have large ripple effects. He also notes how the idea of a deliberate bank run has much more potential to affect those they intend to.

In these videos we are given a walk through of how our central bank works. The commercial banks all hold accounts at the federal reserves. Each bank is required to have a certain amount of cash on hand to satisfy loans from the reserve. All commercial banks hold accounts at the central banks.

In this video, the idea is proposed what would happen if each person today asked to withdraw all their money in $100 bills. This would not actually be possible, as illustrated in video banks typically only have $.06 on hand for every $100 deposited due to the requirement of using our money to repay their loans from the recession in 2008. The balance of what we deposit facilitates loans to generate profits to keep system running.

As the video explains, the only cash at the Federal Reserve is that which they “reserve the right to print”. In the event all citizens did this, it would force the banks to borrow large amounts of money from the central bank, and respectively force them to print more currency. Essentially everyone withdrawing all their money would cause the banks to become bankrupt themselves, and the federal reserve would make us currency.


In the video above, they talk more about the bail in policies. After the 2008 banking recession, laws were passed allowing banks to use deposits to prop up the institutions. The bank of Cyprus was a test run for these policies. Some depositers even had 60% of their savings seized! This was rolled out to the G20 countries, enacting plans in the EU, US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and more. The global central bank has recorded over $700 trillion units of currency deposited, with global GDP around $70 trillion. Currently, when you deposit money you become an uninsured creditor. There is not enough money in circulation to cover the losses from total bank collapse.
The video above talks about how banks are no longer simply holding our money, we are now actually loaning it to them. The yellow vests are calling for all citizens to withdraw all money. They advocate this legal nonviolent tactic to create an absolute nightmare for the 1%.
In the video above we are explained about how banks essentially run a scheme to gamble with our money for profit with diagrams. They discuss bank “bail ins”, and the bank of Cyprus.

They talk about bail in’s, and global banking. They give an example of how in 2013, one bank actually stole money from their customers by converting uninsured deposits into equity for recapitalization. These “bail in’s” are beginning to happen globally, and under the new rules “globally systemic banks will have to hold total loss absorbing capacity. Equity or debt that can be converted into shares of at least 16-20 % of their assets, weighted for risk”.

Bailouts are bad for politicians, and that is why this scheme was initially enacted. “The new global rules will force creditors to bear banks’ losses, ensuring taxpayers’ money should never again be used to bail out banks.” At the Brisbane G20 summit the countries all agreed to implement the new bail in concept. They pitch the idea as they would prevent recessions with bail in’s using money only from creditors, though in truth they are utilizing everyone’s money. In this video we are walked through the scenario of a bank run from the perspective of the banks balance sheet. Commercial banks essentially hold assets or bonds, loans to customers, shareholder equity or investments, and customer deposits.

They state that a recession or crash is inevitable, but predicting when is impossible due to the amount of manipulation. The largest world banks do not have close to enough cash on hand to give everyone their money. The only thing supporting the banks is peoples faith in the system itself.

The video touches on JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, TD, Alpha Bank, and Credit Unions. All institutions on hand only have only pennies on the dollar respective to total deposits. If everyone withdraws all their money these institutions would crumble respectively. “If your money is in the bank, it’s not yours, it’s theirs.” They suggest private vaults, gold or silver, and crypto currency as alternatives.

Banks operate on incredible risk, as they are no longer simply savings institutions. Where they now operate as investment banks our money is marked as a liability in their books because they can do almost anything with it. A man in Manatoba Canada was once told at a credit union that to withdraw a million dollars he would have to take out $100,000 each year to do so.

Through this video we come to learn more how banks work. Banks want cashless society’s so they own the money and have control of it. Bank runs ultimately can take the banks down altogether.

A run ensures a bank will close before becoming insolvent and be forced to repay depositors in full without a bailout. We currently hold the power to threaten banks with total failure and no possibility of a life boat.

A big focus of this video is the implications of crypto currency with the French yellow vests calling for a bank run. The idea of everyone simply hoarding cash seems foolish, and here we examine some of the benefits of global decentralized currency as well as what society may look like without banks.

NCID – An Opinion On How To Get Our Power Back

In this piece I’m going to examine a constitutional amendment that was proposed in 2012 and was suppressed to the point that it never gained any traction. The National Citizens Initiative For Democracy, or NCID, is very similar to the RIC which is currently a large focal point of the French Yellow Vest Movement. It’s based upon a concept that through referendums and initiatives citizens can create or remove laws to affect chance outside the existing branches of government. The NCID can be assessed in depth through the links at the end of the article and readers can see how they had proposed facilitating doing as such when the situation calls for it. I’ve met individuals throughout this movement who have proposed the idea of a fourth branch of government. In many ways I could see the NCID being just that, as it would essentially make the people most powerful through the referendums and would result in them being a check and balance on any branch of government.
Many times in the past when we have seen social uprisings (at least in my generation in U.S.A.) its been a frequent point of concern that there are too many demands. I’d like to suggest my opinion as to how something like the NCID could shorten a list of demands while still amount to a means to correct the overwhelming list of issues we face. Currently the people do not have the power that we were taught we did in school. I was educated to understand that the people are sovereign and our government is of, by, and for the people. The situation we see today though is a government run amuck and is routinely making choices against what a majority of people want. When focusing on one issue at a time it appears to me that a large majority of people do feel similarly enough and could agree on things, but the system isn’t set up so we can fix our own problems. We only vote on people from the party’s they present to us and as such we are regularly forced to choose the “lesser of two evils”.

When the people start organizing a movement and put together a list of things that need to be changed or fixed it appears to me the next step is to demand the government do the things we demand. Well, history would show that the government may do enough to quell the uprising but will never completely correct the system as a whole so exploitation never exists. Through the demand for NCID we demand one thing…our power back. If our government gave us this right (which we SHOULD already have) we could spend our time fixing many of these problems on our own without needing to demand action from the government. Through this proposal we would be the supreme power, similar to what most of us were taught in school. The beauty of this proposal is that it could truly be implemented to any form of government and net the same results.

There’s a saying that goes something like “people in power should not also write the rules of power”. This too ties into this proposal very much as it would allow us to remove any laws that are passed against the will of the people. In almost any situation the people could decide to do or not do whatever they vote on. I’d like to give a few examples to establish what I’m describing. Say the people wanted transparency in an investigation or an audit that is taking place but the process is kept classified, through binding referendum the people could not only declassify the proceedings but they could actually take a role of oversight in the process after a successful vote. In the case of something like 5g cell towers, the people could vote to opt out or have more studies done prior to it rolling out. In many cases there will be several options to choose from, and I will later touch on an improvement to HOW we vote as another movement has created something I think should be paired with this to be most effective. This referendum concept could truly be applied to anything from healthcare to education curriculum, budget, and more. Any time something is not being done the people can see it enacted and vice versa.

To touch on how we vote I’d like to direct some attention to the equal vote coalition. They use the term STAR voting, but I’ve heard this named score-choice voting most commonly. The general premise is instead of getting to give one vote to a single option in the list, voters will provide a score to each item on the list. In STAR voting each option can be rated from 1-5 based on desirability and the highest score wins. This is not the same thing as ranked choice voting, and living in a state that has used that method I would like to suggest why I feel this is a better option. First, in ranked choice you get 3 choices and in a situation where there are say 5 candidates you can only place a vote on the top 3. If your top choice does not get 50% or more of the vote then there is a second round where your vote now goes to your second choice. In our state there were long drawn out court battles over this process taking place and truthfully it appeared to drag out the process longer than it needed to. With a score based model like the equal vote coalition, there is no need for additional rounds and voters can give their opinion on all options. One primary goal is to not split the vote, but truthfully this could still happen with ranked choice where its nearly impossible in score choice. Imagine a scenario where there is an election for officials and now instead of there being “two evils” there are three. Many times people vote for the lesser of the two in fear of splitting a vote and getting the worse option. In the event that 3 candidates like that are presented, the ranked choice model would still result in many people picking the “lesser of three evils” and independent candidates would likely still not get a fair shake. The way I see it, only through a score choice model where people rate all options presented can we truly eliminate a “split vote” and take fear out of our voting process.

To conclude, I’d finally like to touch a bit on what these two things would look like when combined. Earlier I gave a few examples of how referendums could be used to vote on issues and exert our own power to fix them. With these referendums and this voting model we wouldn’t need to simply do yes/no votes on one solution. Take the issue of 5g cell phone towers again. Instead of voting to simply stop the 5g we could have several options: Stop it now, do more studies, proceed as planned, etc. People could be rating how much they like each option and the most desirable could win. The same could be true with almost any cause, when the people decide something must be done about an issue they can form committees for each stance on the issue and present an option to the referendum. When people vote they can give their opinion equally to each option and participate in a fair, inclusive, and transparent process that I feel would be far more successful than how things are done now. The way I see it, it may be of merit to revamp these two concepts into one singular idea as truthfully they fit together perfectly. In our yellow vest movement we can stay focused on the NCID as the solution to almost every issue we face because it gives us a great model to approach the solutions ourselves. We wouldn’t need demands as it pertains to each cause and if we get this one thing it may be the last time we need to demand anything from the government. Inefficient or corrupt officials could be voted out by the people if enough thought it were necessary and likewise the system itself would be modified just enough that it cannot only work for the 1% yet we wouldn’t need to tear the entire thing down and start fresh. These are just my opinions after months of thought on the concepts but I do think there’s enough merit to warrant others thinking a bit on the concept as we really are at a point in history where something needs to change as most problems in existence today should by no means be allowed to continue.

A Hypothesis On Dialectics To Combat Mind Control And Mental Repression

FORWARD: This will not be like many of my other articles, but is still something I believe will benefit everyone. After my trip to France last month I planned several pieces to write but believe this may be the most important. I saw while there as much division and difference of opinion as we have in America but people stood united every Saturday. People who argued most days of the week could still fight the system in unison on the weekends. It finally clicked for me that many things I have learned in my own life could be assembled a certain way and may help accomplish this at home. I will break this article into sections for efficiency in the aim of providing a method to defy divide and conquer tactics. I believe these tools can not only help individuals defeat psychological operations but also act as mediators to their fellow activists. This will for a while be a work in progress that will ideally become a part of planning direct action at home. I also believe all knowledge should be free, so it will always be available online as it is modified.

1. Psychological Operation – “Operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.”My article providing more information on subject:

2. Psychologically Controlled Environment – “PSYOPS” rest on the controlled environment and is how division is created. Infiltrators will always create first the controlled environment so they can manipulate the people they steer into it.

3. Divide And Conquer – “To use a combination of political, military and economic strategies that aim to gain and maintain power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into chunks that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy. To rule securely, do not allow alliances between your enemies. A strategy for achieving political or military control.”

4. Dialectical Behavior Therapy – “Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy. Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, cope healthily with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with others. DBT therapy is comprised of 12 skills that fall into 4 categories with the idea that opposites can be integrated to form a close approximation of the truth.” My article about how this therapy should, and could replace pharmaceutical medications for most mental illnesses, that explains these methods in depth:

5. Emotional Regulation – DBT skills to reduce emotional vulnerabilities, cope with unpleasant emotions when they do arise, and increasing positive experiences to maintain a balance of ones experiences.

6. Interpersonal Effectiveness – DBT Skills regarding how to have healthy relationships as well as how to be assertive without becoming aggressive or leading oneself to experience emotional intensity.

7. Distress Tolerance – DBT skills to reduce emotional intensity and accepting a given situation with a minimum of 4 skills: Distract, Self Soothe, Improve The Moment, and Think Of Pros And Cons. There are a few more skills I will describe in the application section. Essentially this is skills to remain calm when on feels they can’t.

8. Mindfulness – Focusing on being present in the moment and often uses the term wise mind. This DBT module is formed based on Buddhist philosophies that have significant merit.

9. Intentional Peer Support – “A way of of thinking about and inviting trans-formative relationships. Practitioners learn to use relationships to see things from new angles, develop greater awareness of personal and relational patterns, and support and challenge each other in trying new things.”

1-3: Whether we like it or not, psyop’s will happen regardless of our stance on the matter. It is my belief that the knowledge of their existence alone can be one in itself. The perpetual wondering of if someone is a provocateur can breed distrust and limit ones ability to branch out in their activist communities. The more successful our movements become, the more these tactics will be used. By corralling people into dialectically opposed groups they can efficiently dismantle any group. I believe DBT skills will be the solution to these tactics because it is the only natural remedy i can find to create balance in situations like that. Movements like Yellow Vest or Anonymous will continually be manipulated by professionals to delve into small issues and fight over them if not properly educated. I highly recommend everyone read my article above on this and watch the 1 hour video on that page to thoroughly understand this concept. We will likely never know who all the provocateurs are as I’ve found it nearly impossible online to differentiate between the pros and people who are just misguided. By learning how these tactics work we can focus less on perpetually searching for bad seeds, and instead maintain sure footing in the psychologically controlled environment. This will be paramount to any work done online, but equally relevant when boots are on the ground. Understanding this ahead of time will save stress and prevent violence.

4-8: Nature is full of opposing forces and this type of therapy is based on a concept that if balance between opposing forces can be observed in nature then it too is possible in the human mind. Any number of things can lead to an individual experiencing dis-regulation and when talking on psyop’s it directly causes dialectical dis-regulation between one or more people. We will likely not be able to defy all of these occurrences by prevention alone so I believe it will be very necessary to learn how to repair the balance between opposing forces in our movements. The first module entitled Mindfulness is essentially the method to control your own mind without it controlling you. Through this concept individuals can become more aware of their cognitive experience and discern their emotions and remain free of judgement. It depends primarily on focusing on what works (effective), stay in the present (one mind), learn to distinguish between thoughts and facts, remain non-judgmental, and learning to be less reactive. The module interpersonal effectiveness is all about interacting with others. Individuals will learn to express beliefs while avoiding conflict, set boundaries, negotiate compromises, and more. In the mental health field this module is paramount to learning to have better relationships. In this application, I believe through education on these practices can be used to have healthy debates and broker compromises if members of a movement are divided over an issue. Distress tolerance can easily be termed crisis management as these skills help individuals manage stressful situations and make wise decisions. These skills can reduce ones emotional intensity by utilizing healthy methods of self soothing. The parasympathetic nervous system can prevent logical thought when emotions run high and a big part of DBT is balancing your logical and emotional minds to return to “wise mind”. Emotional regulation really speaks for itself. Through these skills individuals learn to not be ruled by their emotions so they can experience feeling without acting on impulse. Often times psyop’s are baiting people to increase their emotional intensity so that they become impulsive and act irrationally. Learning all four of these modules and their related skills will be imperative. I will affix many resources on this alone to the end of the document. I do not in any intend to imply that everyone needs therapy, but believe these concepts can be “re-purposed” effectively. Any negative outcome of a provocateur’s psyop can be remedied through application of these skills in a unique way. It will likely be different for everyone, but I feel there is no better way to fight mind control than to reclaim your mind from its captors. DBT is not a standard type of therapy, it takes time to master and is taught in a classroom setting where individuals go home each week with homework. Having gone through this myself I can say without a doubt mastering these concepts will greatly improve anyone’s life and leave them with valuable skills, but will require continual practice. I believe if we all step outside the box and view psyop’s as a treatable cognitive distortion, DBT will be the most effective remedy.

9: Having experienced both being a peer support specialist and receiving their help, this concept is dear to my heart. The idea behind peer support is that individuals who have recovered from addiction or mental illness can be a huge support to others who struggle and in doing so can keep themselves well. Many may be familiar with the 12th and final step in alcoholics anonymous, service to others. In conventional applications a peer support specialist will give a portion of their time to others and pick them up while in crisis. I intend to outline in the next section how this type of work will be crucial for people who are able to maintain control of their minds and defy psyop’s. Many as they grow and learn will absolutely struggle with applying the skills mentioned to the events occurring to them. All of us will need to take on the task of mediating between members of our groups, and also aiding them in becoming more efficient in their practice. It became apparent to me recently that to see more unity in our movements we must do more than demand it on Facebook. Likewise if our movements require decentralization this may be the only way to effectively guide others without having any leaders. I am not going to elaborate too much on how this is traditionally implemented but instead make an analogy. If the provocateur is the mental illness and the psyop is the symptom, then DBT is the cure and through Intentional Peer Support we effectively will be the counselors. Again, I in no way write these thoughts to allege anyone to have a mental illness or require therapy. I simply see a way to put many different things I’ve learned in my life into a practice that may give our movements a fighting chance. We are our strongest together and through IPS we can maintain that strength with greater ease as time progresses.

I want to start this section off with a few brief sentiments. First off, this is just my opinion only and is also a work in progress that I hope will benefit from collaboration in the future. If you even found this article on my page in the first place then the chances are you are walking into this with an open mind and education under your belt already. Unity does not and will likely never mean “everyone agrees on everything” as that will always be impossible. The reason divide and conquer works is because it can cause so much disharmony that a majority of members begin to think no change is possible because all they see is fighting. The fighting will likely always be there, as will the disagreements and we are just going to have to work through it. I hope these ideas will show merit in doing so but truthfully we are in uncharted territory and will not know until we try it. We will all need to compromise with others sooner or later if we haven’t already and if we spend all our time fighting each other then we really won’t change anything. If we can get to a point where we can lessen our guard with others who hold different opinions we can get to a point where healthy debate is possible and we can work together in a more effective fashion. Seeing the manifests in France opened my eyes immensely. As it was put to me, in many cities the groups can spend as much time during the week disagreeing as we do, and its a thankless task overcoming these odds but they do it, and show up every Saturday. Knowing the system is the true enemy and not each other many have taken on the role in assisting to redirect people and perform regular conflict reduction as I have begun to illustrate. They are in no way without their own issues, setbacks, and roadblocks but they also clearly have a method of their own to combat division and stick together. There was ample evidence that large portions of their society do not agree with their movement, some support the corrupt politicians, and different generations absolutely do struggle to maintain common ground. The key element is actively putting in work to find and keep that common ground, and it takes immense effort. We are going to have to agree to work out many details at the finish lines and also remind ourselves often that nearly all of us are fighting the same people for the same reasons and to achieve any semblance of peaceful revolution we will have to employ acceptance and tolerance to stop fighting each other. Never once in France did I see protests like I see here in America, multiple groups in conflict protesting each other. One of their greatest reoccurring victories each week appeared to be their marching in unison every weekend to eliminate a wide array of issues, despite all having different opinions and visions of the outcome. Issues absolutely exist there and everywhere, Seeing France reminded me how even two very different cultures can experience the same issues as at the end of the day we are all still human. In many ways I hope that in enacting this hypothesis it could also prove useful there for their version of the same problems. Human nature will always be human nature, and once we all understand how we operate we can work towards equipping ourselves to be protected against manipulation. Learning to work together and resist the psyop’s will not only empower the people, but it will also deal massive damage to that which oppresses us all.

1. With that all said I would say the first thing that needs to be done for this to work is lay groundwork. The frame of this idea will seemingly need to be a network of capable individuals who understand not only what were all up against but also possess a strong willingness to set differences aside for the greater good. These individuals will likely need to spend time at first actively assisting others to resolve conflict. I would see this being most effective if we all first work through our inner circles not only collaborating on this model, but then sharing it with each other. We could in practice use these concepts to create alliances between groups within each state as well as between different states. There would be nobody in charge with this idea, and likewise no leaders. Once this network is formed there will be many people capable of working outwards from where they are positioned.

2. I think it will become useful to start a campaign or op to “wake up” Americans to the solution we hopefully establish to the psyop’s. I believe once enough people hear that a solution exists their curiosity alone will lead to many inquiries. If we are able by this point to establish enough people who understand the concept, and have also tested enough on a small scale to ascertain its merit we can properly market this model through social media and in real life. What I hypothesize will happen here is that it may become a tad more difficult before it gets better. People will need to practice and as large amounts of people are encouraged to attempt discussion with others they previously wouldn’t it is only natural that disharmony will likely ensue. The original core network will need to put in work here mediating a bit, but not in the sense of telling people they are right or wrong. What would be more effective is going back to the skills and helping all people learn how to use them in the field. When these skills are taught, a huge piece of it is analyzing ones experiences to evaluate what worked and didn’t so they can find a more effective method. The role of the core network would be to guide others through these hard times until they are comfortable standing on their own. Ultimately this process could be continually radiated outward until enough people are comfortable that psyop’s and division will no longer limit our ability to organize boots on the ground direct action.

3. Once boots are on the ground we are going to all need to be able to perform these same tasks in the real world. By the time we see peaceful revolution our oppressors will pull out all the stops to limit us and break us down. However we decide to organize it, there will need to be crisis intervention teams at protests who are well versed in these skills and conflict reduction. Not unlike the street medics, these individuals would effectively be peace keepers tasked with countering psyop’s with neutrality.


CONCLUSION: To wrap all of this up I’d like to state the obvious and note how this is not the end, but the beginning. If enough people find some merit to my hypothesis I hope we can form a network of people adept in these or similar techniques. I’ve stated it many times but this is no more than a theory at this point that I hope can be proven valid and ultimately serve a purpose to help all of us. I hope that we can develop our own resistance tactics to defy mental oppression and propaganda and get to a point where we can actually improve our world. I do not at all want to tell people what to do or how to do it so this needs to become a collective effort. This needs to become something we all collaborated on and have faith in. I hope that feedback results as a result of writing this and most of all I hope this can inspire enough people that we can create a solution to a huge roadblock in everyone’s way.


Action Report: U.S. Capital 2-23-19

There are plenty of reasons people shouldn’t generalize or label each other, but for the purpose of this article I’m going to focus on how it can hinder progress. A little over a month ago several members of our yellow vest group kept bringing up an event on February 23rd. Naturally I at first assumed it was our event but was later shown my error. A group called Roll Call had essentially issued a petition to stand at all capitals on this day. It was at this point that we began actually organizing our tandem event for the nations capital day. Contrary to things often seen in the news, we didn’t go to OPPOSE them or form counter-action over things we disagreed on. We are past the point in our nation and the world where we can spend time fighting each other over individual issues. We need all power to all people, and achieving this will absolutely take everyone.
We wanted to bring our mandates, or proposals to solve the list of what our grievances were with our government. I have known for a while that we all have more common ground than we think, but it seemed bold action would be needed if people too were to begin seeing if this might be true. At this rally of patriots we saw many people who vehemently advocated their desire for a border wall. Personally I don’t think a wall alone could solve the gravity of issues we face after doing research, but do agree we have a terribly dire situation. The first amendment protects our right to free thought and speech, and at this events instead of clashing both groups took this approach. We were able to engage in healthy discussions on both the border and many other things the night before at a social dinner. I found soon after meeting the people the night before the march that even though we may not see eye to eye on everything, these were American’s just like me who wanted change.

We heard ample speakers from their various groups in attendance, and I was given two opportunities to speak. We had shown some people copies of our mandates the night before with positive response, and again too at this rally we found on most other issues people had far less trouble agreeing on things. We had it set up to start at the capital and end at the White House with a march in between. It was further eye opening to see people who either called for a wall or praise our president likewise cry out to end hatred, or encourage all to come together. Many things that our media often implies or directly attempts to illustrate as the nature of a large group in our society seemed to be grossly mischaracterized and perhaps the real issue was that our media wasn’t transparent, and healthy discussion is far less common these days.
To further illustrate this, we even had to move our second location due to their being a bomb threat. Originally the DC police had said we could not march, and had to travel in groups of less than 25 people. It seemed that news of this led to them modifying their stance in some very big ways. After this threat came to life these officers closed intersections down and blocked intersections as we marched. The organizers on the patriot side repeatedly urged people in the crowd to be civil, respectful, not litter, and maintain a non-violent and non-destructive stance while moving forward. After the event concluded we all had lunch together and got to talk together a bit more. I learned a whole lot from this experience that really built upon what yellow vests needs to be for me. I understood already that we must look past party, and be a nonpolitical movement but that seemed to not quite cover the communication piece. When we generalize people and assume we know them before we meet them we get in our own way of potentially finding someone who would work with us. I found here that sometimes we have to be brave enough to ask the tough questions. When we approach someone with love in our hearts and ask something like “why do you want a wall?” …”or socialism?”…or “what other issues matter to you”?” we will more often than not find someone still pretty similar, though not always true.

It’s been my experience so far that most activists regardless of identity do themselves try to work at making the nation, or world a better place. It appears that often its not the ends we disagree on but the means, or the road there. We don’t all need to take the same road just as if we did while driving nobody would reach their destination. We can all arrive where we need to go quickest by taking many roads in vehicles of all colors and this logic applies to thought too. The more conflicting or different stances that are applied to an issue with a commitment to collaborate we encourage the most progressive outcomes while also not becoming our own obstacles. After these experiences my faith in the movement grew incredibly, and that will surely be a huge help. Though the notion seems logical enough, it would be terribly naive to assume this could be a quick or easy task to achieve.

Declaration of the Governed of the United States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to alter the political bands which have connected them with their current government, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and superior station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the alteration.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, an uncorrupted government and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Citizens, deriving their just powers from the Consent of the Governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing tax help services its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these Governed; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present Federal, State and Local Governments is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

  1. It has conspired and succeeded, in whole and in part, to remove the realistic right of the average citizen to Representation in the Legislature, through its refusal to pass term limits and campaign reform in support of “Pay for Play” schemes, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
  2. It has endeavored to eliminate protected unalienable Rights through partisan interpretations of interpretations of case law versus relying upon the plain and clear language of rights outlined within our national Constitution.
  3. It has endeavored to prevent the exercise of unalienable Rights, endowed by our Creator, through adulteration of our judicial system that has shown its complete and utter failure to self-regulate.
  4. It has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by its Assent to the practice of Selective Prosecution, thwarting any possibility of equal protects under the law and by establishing immunity, from prosecution and civil redress, to the Judiciary, Legislatures, States, Counties, Townships, Law Enforcement and Federal agencies or individuals, placing themselves in superior station to those who consent to grant them the power to govern.
  5. It has dissolved or seized the assets of citizens repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness of its invasions on the rights of the people.
  6. It has affected to render the Law Enforcement Agencies independent of and superior to the Civic Power.
  7. For quartering large bodies of militarily armed police officers among us.
  8. For protecting them, through Selective Prosecution, immunity granted or by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.
  9. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury and the adulteration of the practice of Plea Dealing to evoke blackmailed admissions of guilt under threat of much harsher prosecution and sentencing.
  10. For transporting us to unscrupulous courts to be tried for pretended offences.
  11. It has erected a multitude of New Offices, Agencies and Departments and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.
  12. It has created federal agencies to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving its Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation. Even now the dogs they have bred to submission the Citizen, bite the hand of their Masters in a Deep State rebellion for control of our country.
  13. For taking away our Charters, violating our most valuable rights and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments through payment for representation schemes.
  14. For suspending Laws of our own State Legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever and naming themselves the Supreme Law of the Land beyond those powers granted within the National Constitution.
  15. It has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. It has squandered our tax revenues and permitted a runaway annual budget that spends more than it receives, causing debt that will be in existence for our grandchildren’s grandchildren to be saddled.
  16. It is even now controlling our various forms of communication and medias to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Custodians of a civilized nation.
  17. It has excited domestic insurrections amongst us and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our country a division so severe it most certainly will bring about an undistinguished fall and destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions if left unopposed and unchallenged.
  18. It has corrupted elections, shielded the governing class from criminal prosecution, granted them immunity from civil redress, refused to limit terms of service, refuse to reform campaign funding and built militarily armed domestic forces to protect themselves from being removed from power.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the custodian of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Governmental brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislatures to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the original circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.

We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our alterations, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, duty bound to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and to reverence the boundaries of power granted there in, comprehending that powers not expressly granted remain with the Citizenry.

We, therefore, the Governed of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good Citizens of these States, solemnly publish and declare:

That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to proclamations of law beyond the reach of powers expressly granted within the Constitution of the United States of America.

We hereby call upon the current sitting President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, the entire setting Congress, the Supreme Court of the United States and every Independent State Legislature to Direct you to expressly redress the foregoing grievances and through appropriate means, however drastic it shall be required, to become compliant with the Plain and Clear Language of the Ratified Constitution of the United States of America.

By whatever means necessary, the Governed, whom have boldly joined their names below, Demand those who have violated the trust and powers, granted them by the Governed, be held accountable, to a degree that ensures that no future Elected Official or Civil Servant dare to follow these same actions.

You are further Directed to implement, by appropriate means, the following safeguards against future usurpations:

  1. For term limits and campaign financing reform to end pay for play schemes;
  2. To limit the power shift to bureaucratic deep state agencies, through appropriate oversight, at both the Federal, State and Local levels once term limits and campaign reform have been implemented for elected officials;
  3. For Strict adherence to the Plain and Clear Language of our National Constitution and its ratified amendments versus interpretations of interpretations of case law.
  4. The United States Supreme Court, and every other level of State and Federal Court has become partisan in nature and should have a revolving Grand Jury like panel of Citizens, drawn by lot from appropriate districts, to review and overturn, when appropriate, their decisions by unanimous agreement.
  5. The same type of panel should be tasked to review and overrule, when requested and upon unanimous agreement, the decisions of each State Bar Association upon attorney discipline and the decisions of each City, County, District, State or Federal Prosecutor to Selectively Not Prosecute any criminal case.
  6. For the abolishment of the practice of legislating criminal or civic immunity, to any member of the governing or law enforcement class, that does not extend equally to the general population. We are to be a Government of the people, by the people and for the people, no class stationed above the people. Every Citizen deserves equal protects under the law and thus every Citizen must be equally answerable to the law.
  7. For the national abolishment of the act of civil asset seizure without any criminal conviction or civil order based upon debt owed. The fourth Amendment states we are to be secure from unreasonable search and seizure of personal property which should include being safe from highway robbery from unscrupulous law enforcement.
  8. For the disarmament of Local, County, State and Federal Law Enforcement of any weapon not legal and regularly available to the general population.
  9. For the establishment of a requirement that the annual national and state budgets must live within their means and establish a plan to systematically reduce debt at an established rate, so as to end the thievery of the revenues of our grandchildren’s grandchildren.
  10. For the establishment of a level of ethics and truthfulness required of our national, state and local media and press core.
  11. For the providing of the securing of our borders and encouraging support of the legal immigration of people of education, needed skills and means.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Article 2: A complete independent review and reform of our political system, including; non election funding of parties and individuals, corporate political lobby access/restriction, ending two-party control

Article 3: End the Federal Reserve and use of fiat currency, review and reform our economic system, and tax system

Article 4: Break up all major monopolies, including; banks, media, communication, pharmaceutical, agricultural, food production, transportation, and energy production and distribution

Article 8: A complete independent review and reform of our Housing and Development (HUD &?) with a mandate to house 100% of U.S. veterans first, then the disabled, single parents, women, and men with a focus on ending homelessness completely

Article 9: Repeal of all prohibitions of naturally occurring substances, end the national and international drug war, end criminal treatment of substance users and include substance abuse treatment in health care

Article 10: A complete independent review and reform of our health care system, pharmaceutical industry, Dept of Health, Dept of Ag, FDA, and CDC

Article 11: A complete independent review and reform of our EPA to ensure all human and ecological considerations come before corporate or economic considerations, and fair access must be balanced with preservation

Article 12: End our alliance with the UN and NATO and create new international security treaties that will put national and personal sovereign rights before any other concern and will not favor one nation or group of nations to put corporate interests over any other or become any other international force other than international sovereignty concerns and dispute arbitration

Article 13: A complete independent review and reform of our Department of Education and Federal education guidelines and goals

Article 14: A release of all secret or classified technologies or medicines that have been developed or recovered by the government that would be beneficial to people and/or the environment

Article 15: A return of rule of law in regards of congressional approval for ALL military action (no loopholes for war vs military action). Any potential actionable intel used as a basis for military action must be verifiable and must be at least presented to a bipartisan committee to be reviewed, and if action is decided the intel must be made public with as little redaction as possible, before a vote in congress can be made (real rough)
